PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder cassette having a lock mechanism superior in the operability, while securing the lock mechanism of a position regulation member. SOLUTION: This sheet feeder cassette is provided with a cassette base for storing paper sheets, the position regulation member movably arranged along a guide rail provided in the cassette base, a rack provided in the cassette base in parallel to the guide rail, and the lock mechanism attached to the position regulation member and selectively engaged with the rack. The lock mechanism is provided with a lock member arranged in the position regulation member, moving in the teeth width direction of the rack, and having a lock part selectively engaged with the rack.
