PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return bookshelves that having been moved/slid by an earthquake to their original positions without floor construction work. SOLUTION: A bookshelf 1 is raised and moved by the moving devices 19 and 34. The moving devices 19 and 34 comprise main bodies 20 and 35, claw pieces 21 and 36 for supporting bracket members 12 and 13 on which a leg 2 of the bookshelf 1 is mounted, wheel axles 24 and 25 to detach/attache wheels 27, and a jack bolt 32 or a lever member 39 for elevating the bodies 21 and 35.
