PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collection device easy and rapidly enabling discoveries of an occurrence of a damage of the membrane and a damaged membrane, and a membrane separation device provided with this device. SOLUTION: The water collection device 10 is provided with a liquid flow path 9 in the inside, plural liquid inflow ports 12 for introducing the liquid into the liquid flow path 9 inside from the outside, and a housing body 11 forming a liquid flow outlet 20 for introducing the liquid from the liquid flow path 9 to the outside. A looking window 16 that the flow path 9 inside from the outside is observable is formed on the housing body 11. This, the liquid overflowing into the housing body 11 from the liquid inflow port 12 and flowing in the liquid flow path 9 can be observed through the looking window 16.
