applicable for grinding of waste of plastics, chemical and natural fibers, and for salvaging of worn-out articles, mainly of elastomers of the vulcanized rubber type, for example, automobile tires with a separated metal cord for production of fine-grained and monodispersed powder. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with charging and discharging openings, six bores are made inside the body, they are evenly positioned in circumference of the body inner surface and are designed for placement of six side shafts, and installed in the longitudinal axis of the body inner surface is the central shaft with the working member positioned in the sections of charging, grinding and discharging, at least in the grinding section the working member of each side shaft acts on the material to be ground jointly with the working member of the central shaft, with the working members of the two adjacent side shafts and with two fixed cutting edges adjoining the bore of the respective side shaft, at least in the grinding section the working members on the central shaft and side shafts are made polygonal with the number of vertices being multiple of three, and the shafts are installed for unidirectional rotation. EFFECT: enhanced capacity of the device in the yield of target fraction at a simultaneous increase of the time of its operation without replacement of the working members. 5 cl, 3 dwg
