PURPOSE: An exhaust pressure sensitive muffler is provided to cut down costs with simple structure, and to prevent noise from being generated in operating a valve. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pressure sensitive muffler(1) comprises: a large cylinder(2) mounted in an exhaust pipe; first, second and third chambers(4,5,6) formed with dividing the cylinder into three chambers by first and second partition walls(3,3'); a front exhaust pipe extended in the cylinder to penetrate the third chamber such as a resonance chamber; plural holes(8) formed in the exhaust pipe to penetrate the second chamber; a bypass passage(9) connecting the first chamber and the third chamber; an inner pipe(11) fixed in the first partition wall to communicate the first chamber and the second chamber; a tail pipe connected to the first chamber; a turning valve(15) opening the bypass passage; a turning damper(17) rotating far from the outlet of the inner pipe at a low speed, and near the outlet at a high speed; and a seesaw link(20) connecting to rotate the turning valve and the turning damper unidirectionally. The exhaust pressure induction muffler system prevents aging or thermal deformation of a spring, and noise generated in closing the valve.
