PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoconductive material keeping high sensitivity and free from the lowering of the charge accumulation property even by repeated use, provide a dispersed liquid making the full use of the characteristics of the photoconductive material, provide an electrophotographic receptor and an electrophotographic process capable of giving stable image while suppressing the formation of abnormal image even after repeated use, provide an electrophotographic device and electrophotographic process cartridge meeting high-speed printing and forming a stable image without causing the dielectric breakdown of the receptor even after repeated use and provide a highly durable electrophotographic device and process cartridge keeping the above characteristics. SOLUTION: The objective receptor is composed of a titanylphthalocyanine crystal having the maximum diffraction peak at least at 27.2 deg. as the diffraction peak (±0.2 deg.) of the Bragg angle 2θwith the characteristic X-ray of CuKα(1.514A wavelength), a peak at 7.3 deg. as the diffraction peak of the smallest diffraction angle and further a peak at 26.3 deg..
