PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mawata Kairo (portable body warmer made of floss silk) which warms a part of the human body by infrared rays and causes no trouble in daily life of a user even when it is applied on the ankle. SOLUTION: Nonwoven fabric (2) made of floss silk is made into Mawata Kairo (portable body warmer made of floss silk) (10) including mineral spring components and generating slight heat at a human body temperature range to generate infrared rays. The nonwoven fabric (2) made of floss silk can be used in a rectangle of about 90 mm×130 mm as it is or double folded.
