PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmission method and a wireless transmitter, that can optimally configure a wireless transmission frame in response to the number of communication stations configuring a wireless network. SOLUTION: This wireless transmission method adopts a variable length for a station synchronization transmitting block 46 in a management information transmission area, depending on the number of communication stations (ULM 42a, 42b, 42c) which are the components of the concerned network. Then the method makes a size of the station synchronization block variable, depending on the number of the communication stations of the wireless network and configures a wireless transmission frame, so as to have a required minimum management information transmission area. Thus, the wireless transmission frame is configured without waste, and efficient wireless transmission can be attained.
