PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user rely by clearly answering doubt that the user has about the evaluation of the user's travel. SOLUTION: Different kinds of data regarding travel conditions of an object vehicle to be diagnosed and travel costs under the travel conditions and data regarding travel conditions of a vehicle to be compared and fuel efficiency under the travel conditions are previously found, and on the basis of the data regarding the travel conditions and fuel efficiency of the vehicle to be diagnosed, travel conditions under which desirable fuel efficiency are obtained are selected from the data regarding the travel conditions and fuel efficiency of the vehicle to be compared and presented.
