PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup drink preparing machine which prevents foamed cream, the internal and external surfaces of a cup, and the inside of a takeout space from being stained with coffee liquid, makes wide the area of the liquid surface covered with foamed cream, is applicable at low cost even to an existing cup drink preparing machine, and prepares coffee in a cup with floating foamed cream. SOLUTION: A coffee percolator is equipped with at least a controller which controls the operation of a pump, and a timer including a 1st timer which clocks a hot-water supply time and a 2nd timer which starts operating once the 1st timer enters a time-up state and clocks a specific time. The controller refers to the timer to operate the pump at a 1st number of rotation R1 while the 1st timer is clocking the time (in T1) and at a 2nd number of rotation R2 lower than the 1st number of rotation R1 while the 2nd timer is clocking the time (in T2).
