PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin payout device which is manufactured at nearly the same cost with a conventional coin storage tank without using expensive raw materials nor increasing the thickness, and gets out of order as less as possible by preventing a disklike rotary body from lifting unwillingly.
