PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle sun visor capable of mitigating the glare of direct sunlight, widening the front visual field, and improving visibility. SOLUTION: Sawtooth light shielding parts 2 and light transmitting parts 3 are formed alternately on the side end part of a shielding material supported on the side end. Hereby, direct projection of sunlight 200 can be shielded and excellent visibility can be obtained without narrowing the front view, through the light shielding parts 2 and the light transmitting parts 3 formed on the side end part by being rotated around the side end as the fulcrum.
