Multilayer foundation for machines serves for the foundation of machines with conspicuous dynamic influences in cases where there are claims for the protection of the protection of environment from the vibrations and shaking and/or when it concerns the foundation of a machine of small bearing capacity. The detail of the connection of the layers of foundation (1) is accomplished by means of deformable element (2), on the basis of multilayer vibroisolator is shown. The construction of the multilayer foundation for machines consists of layers of foundation (1), made of armoured concrete interconnected of deformable elements (2). Foundation constructed so that it performes the function of vibroinsulation of environment is based in absorbing mechanical energy in its own structure. The dissipation of mechanic energy in its structure of multilayer foundation is established on two basises, in particular, that some part of mechanic energy is transformed into work necessary for vibration movements of the layers of foundation (1), while part is being absorbed in deformable elements (2) being transitioned into heat. Way in which the structure of the foundation secures the absorbing of mechanical energy, performing thus the function of vibroinsulation of environment makes the multilayer foundation for machines specific with regard to the other known solutions of machine founding. The most important comparative advantages of the global system of machine founding by applying the multilayer foundations, in comparison to the known solutions, are-- satisfactory efficiency of vibroinsulator also in the area of lower incitement frequency, - less relative movements of machine and foundation, with regard to classical vibroinsulation, - insensitivity of the foundation structure with regard to changes of parametres of foundation base, - less total foundation mass, in opposition to classic machine foundation, - less depth of foundation, with regard to classic machine foundation. |
