PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a set of metallic deposits layer having a structure and a pattern of a distinctive size (75 μm or less), which cannot be produced by a conventional screen printing method, by the use of a composition which cannot be used by the conventional screen printing method without performing a wet chemical process. SOLUTION: A method for forming a set of metallic deposits layer comprise the steps of: injection-molding a substrate having a channel pattern including at least one channel and at least one island on the surface thereof; forming a metallic layer on the surface of the substrate to form the metallic deposits layer in the pattern; and removing a part of the metallic layer to expose at least a part of at least one of the island. |
