PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a defect that incoming sound sometimes cannot be heard when a subscriber puts a portable automobile telephone system in an attache case and carries it in a crowd since an incoming call is informed by a speaker incorporated in a system as a means for giving information on the incoming call in a conventional portable automobile telephone system. SOLUTION: A portable radio telephone system main body making a call by radio through a base station and a call accessory device connected to the portable radio telephone system main body through a signal line are installed. The call accessory device has an informing means detecting an incoming signal arrived at the portable radio telephone system main body through the signal line and informing the subscriber of it.
