PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of the false color at the time of normal photographing without enlarging the scale of a device, the cost increase, and the reliability degradation of the device, and to prevent the occurrence of the false color at the side of the high-pass at the time of pixel shift photographing without spoiling the resolution. SOLUTION: Moire within a circular zone is eliminated in a normal mode by setting quartz crystal which is an optical low pass filter into structure which can rotate within the plane vertical to an optical axis, rotating the quartz crystal in the normal mode and a shift mode, and changing the separation direction of a pixel, in the shift mode, by making it the contrast of zero lines not pass in the central part of a circular zone, and eliminating the moire at the side of the high-pass, the degradation of the resolution is prevented and the characteristics in the shift mode are taken efficiently. Since mechanism which rotates the quartz crystal is simple, and is made to small, the device can be done in small and the low cost, and reliability can be improved.
