PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the variance of a photoreceptor being peculiar to the photoreceptor occurring as a result of manufacturing process. SOLUTION: Features of a belt in one round and a voltage profile is respectively measured. The road-out value of respective electrostatic voltage meter is averaged by applying the weighing function of 41 terms for appropriately eliminating reading spike in high frequency while maintaining the belt features in low frequency, and the deviation from the average value is averaged. A center weighted average of 41 points (n,... n±20) is started from 2 or 3 mm behind a seam of the photoreceptor, and finished at 2 or 3 mm ahead of the seam. The (n) stands for one of the measuring points of the photoreceptor being average by applying read-out value of leading 20 points and the read-out value of trailing 20 points. |
