PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the structure of a small brushless motor capable of improving productivity by embedding a terminal therein without using an insert formation method. SOLUTION: This brushless motor is provided with a motor base assembly 3001 including a motor base and a terminal, wherein the motor base is formed from resin material and has an opening part for inserting the terminal into a roughly flat base 3121 and an terminal engagement part. The terminal 3201 is formed from metallic material and has a bottom surface 3211 serving as an attaching terminal and a base engagement part 3231. For the motor base assembly, the terminal is inserted into the opening part from the top for engagement. The bottom of the terminal is formed so that it may be exposed from the bottom of the base.
