PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that is excellent in impact resistance at a low temperature, heat resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and vacuum formability and thus is applicable as a covering material for automobile interior trim material. SOLUTION: The composition comprises [a] 5-45 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin (PP), [b] 10-50 parts by weight of an ethylene/propylene diene rubber (EPDM), [c] 5-25 parts by weight of an ethylene polymer, [d] 15-45 parts by weight of an ionomer, [e] 2-10 parts by weight of a phenolic crosslinking agent relative to 100 parts by weight of the EPDM, [f] 3-15 parts by weight of an crosslinking auxiliary agent, and [g] 3-15 parts by weight of an epoxy polymer relative to 100 parts by weight of the ionomer, wherein the total amount of the PP and the EPDM is 15-95 parts by weight and the total amount of the ethylene polymer and the ionomer is 20-70 parts by weight.
