PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting DNAs from piscine spermatogonia in which a pollution-causing substance is not used, DNAs are easily and efficiently obtained from piscine spermatogonia and by-product can be used as a nitrogenous liquid fertilizer. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following steps: (a) obtaining an opalescent colloid by grinding piscine spermatogonia and separation; (b) treating the above colloid with an alkali solution comprising >=1 M of a salt composed of a monovalent ion and having a pH value of 8 to 12; and (c) adding ethanol to the thus obtained mixture to precipitate DNAs.
