PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating resin compositions which have good storage stability and excellent curability at low temperatures (<=80 deg.C) and are balanced with respect to various performances (adhesion, external appearance, weatherability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance and the like) and, in addition, excel in the weatherability and above all, one-pack type coating resin compositions. SOLUTION: The coating resin compositions comprises (A) an acrylic resin having a hydroxy group and an alicyclic epoxy group in the side chain, (B) an alicyclic epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent weight of 100-1,000, (C) an organoalkoxy-silane compound having a glycidyl group and a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane group in the molecule, (D) an aluminum chelate compound, and (E) an acrylic resin having an alkoxysilane group in the molecule and a number average molecular weight of 2,000-100,000.
