PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more information on a two-page spread surface without limiting a design by not limiting an information fill-in region on the two-page spread surface even by providing an adhesive force suppressing means. SOLUTION: A plurality of paper pieces 2, 3 and 4 are superposably connected through folding parts 5, 6. Weak adhesive parts 8 are separably provided at superposing opposed surfaces 2a, 3b of the piece 2 disposed at the outermost surface side when superposed and the piece 3 superposed on the piece 2 when superposed. Difficult-to-release strong adhesive parts 7 are respectively provided at the first side 9 as the opposite side of the folding part 5 of the piece 2 and at the second side 10 opposed to the first side 9 when superposed. Cutting parts 11 are respectively provided long the first and second sides 9, 10. An adhesive force suppressing means 12 for suppressing the adhesive force of the part 8 is provided at the at least one two-page spread starting part of the surfaces 2a, 3b so that its substrate can be seen through.
