PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable and thermoplastic multi-layer film and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A biodegradable multi-layer film is generated from various biodegradable polymers having different molecular structures and melting points. The multi-layer film is biodegradable and can be changed to compost. The film can be unstretched, or monoaxially stretched or biaxially oriented. An additory additive can be added for improving its processability.
