SUBSTANCE: device has base with connecting pipe having outlet opening, spraying rosette fixed on the base under the connecting pipe, locking unit with member destructible at given threshold temperature and control unit for sprinkler coming into action. The control unit has incombustible ribbon fixed on the base with one of its ends. The material properties enable the free end to roll-in into a roller. The other end of the ribbon is attached to the spraying rosette. The ribbon unwinds when sprinkler device comes into action. The roller is placed on pan attached to the spraying rosette with flexible linking members and on one edge and to removable inlay on the opposite side. The inlay is manufactured from material having acoustic emission properties. It is positioned between the destructible member and locking unit.
