PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heteroaryl phenylpyrazole derivative effective for inhibiting the biosynthesis of prostaglandin by the interference of cyclooxygenase action on arachidonic acid and accordingly useful for the treatment and remission of inflammation and other inflammatory disorder of mammals (preferably human, dog, cat or domestic animal), e.g. arthritis, neurodegeneration and colon cancer. SOLUTION: The objective compound is expressed by formula [e.g. 4- chloro-5-[3-methyl-4-(4-thiazolyl)phenyl]-1-[5-(2-methylsulfonyl)pyrid yl]-3- trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole].
