PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator which is built in a communication product, such as a portable phone or radio paging device, etc., and is constituted to inform a user of an incoming call state of a telephone by vibrating in the incoming call of the telephone particularly from a partner. SOLUTION: This vibrator comprises a rotating body 10 which is formed with a monopolar magnet 11 offcentered to an arcuate form around a central plat 13 pierced with an insertion hole 14 to be inserted with a shaft 20, a shaft 20 which is inserted into the insertion hole 14 of the central plate 13, is inserted at both ends to respective supporting holes 33 and 43 of bobbins 30 and 40 and freely rotatably fixes the rotating body 10 into rotating spaces 31 and 41 in the bobbins 30 and 40 and a pair of the bobbins 30 and 40 which are formed with rotating spaces 31 and 41 for rotating the rotating body 10 and are formed with the supporting holes 33 and 43 to be inserted with the shaft 20 at both end faces and coils 100 which are taken up around the bobbin 20 and generate the magnetic force of the polarity corresponding to the magnetic force of the magnet 11 by a driving power source. Then, the powerful vibrating force may be obtained from the vibrator built in the communicate product, such as the portable phone or radio paging device, etc., with low electric power.
