PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional winders are difficult to fix completely without the terminal part of a completely wound cord being fixed with a fixing device like a clip, in storing the cord by winding it around the winder. SOLUTION: Disc-shaped side plates 2, 3 with a larger diameter than that of a winding part 1 are formed on both sides of a winder 1 whose cross-section is cylindrical, a plurality of open grooves 4 are formed at the outer periphery of the side plate 2, and a rotating shaft 5 is positioned in the center of each of the side plates 2, 3. A stand 6 supporting the rotating shaft 5 so that the winding part 1 may rotate freely is fitted, and a handle 7 rotating the winding part 1 is attached to the side plate 2.
