PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized shared transmitter/receiver, which uses the shared transmitter/receiver of a portable telephone set or the like, having satisfactory electric characteristics and an antenna device using the same. SOLUTION: A shared transmitter/receiver 24 composed of almost semicylindrical filters 1 and 5 is located and integrated inside a hollow base part 29 having a comparatively large diameter of an almost rod-shaped antenna element 22. A coupling substrate 8 is located and coupled between both the filters 1 and 5 and an antenna connecting part 23 with the antenna element 22 is formed. The radio transmitting part and the radio receiving part of the portable telephone set or the like are connected by connecting fittings 25-27.
