PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer dielectrics, whose permittivity is at least 4.5, preferably at least 6.0, a capacitor and an electronic device which use the polymer dielectrics, and a manufacturing method of the polymer dielectrics. SOLUTION: In this polymer dielectrics, whose permittivity is at least 4.5, conjugated system polymer which is dedoped or undoped is compounded in polymer matrix, and insulation material which cannot be doped again is formed. The conjugated system polymer is compounded in the polymer matrix, the polymer matrix is dedopoed, and the insulating material which cannot be doped again is formed, so that polymer dielectrics is formed.
