COLOR IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND COLOR INAGE PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain natural color adjustment in RGB space by properly deciding a correction area. SOLUTION: A color adjustment area is decided by using a relative luminance value of an adjustment object color with respect to a representative color and an adjustment quantity with respect to a color in the adjustment area is calculated. Then color adjustment processing is applied to the color within the adjustment area based on the calculated adjustment quantity.
