PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable mobile communication equipment by which a pointer on a display is freely moved with an excellent operability. SOLUTION: The display 12 is arranged at the front surface side of portable mobile communication equipment 10 a pointing device 22 is at the rear surface side. The pointing device 22 is operated by the finger of an operator. Then the pointer 16 on the display 12 is moved and an item on the display is selected and established by clicking.
