molecular biology, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of specific "targeting" and transfer of DNA in mammalian repair cells in vivo. DNA to be transferred can include any DNA encoding the required healing protein. Repairing mammalian cells proliferate and migrate to wound region where they absorb and express DNA actively. Invention relates to also pharmaceutical compositions that can be used for transfer of required DNA. These compositions include any suitable matrix in combination with required DNA and kits. Invention provides rational method of proteins delivery which are released in the point of their action in physiological amounts required for wound healing.
