PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension capable of changing lengthwise rigidity at bush positions, between the case of an in-phase lengthwise force inputted into the right and left bushes and the case of an anti-phase lengthwise force inputted thereto. SOLUTION: The right and left bushes 6 installed on front end parts of trailing arms 1 are connected by a torsion bar 7. The torsion bar 7 is composed of a torsion bar body 7a extended in the car width direction and supported by a car body side member in the rotatable state only around an axis S extending in the car width direction, and a pair of leg parts 12b extended downward respectively from both right and left both end parts of the torsion body, and inner cylinders of the bushes 6 are rigidly connected respectively to lower end parts to each leg part 12b.
