PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stems and leaves cut out of crops and fallen down in the vicinity of one wheel side from tangling in the spokes of the wheel and keep running with no hindrance, in the wheel used as the running device of a harvester of vegetables such as onions or carrots planted in rows on the upper surfaces of levees. SOLUTION: The wheel of the harvester of vegetables is composed of a narrow rim 10; a boss member located in the center of the rim 10; spokes 17 connecting the boss member 14 and the rim 10; and a cover 18 covering spaces between the spokes 17 inside the rim 10.
