PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating a network based on a data profile. SOLUTION: In this method, a candidate network housing the possibility of reproducing a given data profile is prepared, and the candidate network is evaluated, then the structure and parameter of a network having the possibility of giving the data profile are estimated, and a topology is estimated by stages. Thus, it is possible to estimate the structure of the control network of genes callusing the phenomenon or a metabolic network showing the reaction of enzyme or protein from the discovery data of genes or the concentration data of the protein or the like. |
