PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profitable, compact and simple watering device which can accurately and evenly supply a culture solution to plants in fine quantities, and to provide a facility. SOLUTION: This drip-watering device for supplying a culture solution to the roots of cultured plants to culture the plants, characterized by disposing a culture solution inflow port and branch pipes which communicate with the culture solution inflow port and have a plurality of branch outlets, connecting flexible hoses to the branch outlets, respectively, disposing the middle portions of the flexible hoses at high positions which can reduce the irregularity of supplied solution volumes at the culture solution-releasing ports of the hoses within±15% of an average value obtained by dividing the supplied water quantity of the culture solution inflow ports by the number of the branch outlets and practically eliminating the irregularity, and equalizing the lifted heights of the flexible hoses.
