PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for eliminating subjectivity as much as possible for investigation contents by a care manager, providing objectivity and making illegal actions such as a false declaration impossible and to perform highly reliable authorization without troubling or burdening a care necessity application object person. SOLUTION: By using the storage medium of a large capacity such as an HD, a reference video image is brought and the quickness and sureness of an examination on the spot are improved. Since the actual operation state of the application object person is photographed with a digital camera and parallelly displayed with the reference video image, evaluation is more accurately decided. Since evaluation scoring is performed by a computer as well and turned to the object of the judgment of the care manager, erroneous evaluations are reduced. Also, the false declaration by the case manager is prevented. Linking with a care necessity authorization system head office is made possible through a LAN and the internet for respective cities, towns and villages. |
