PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code domain power(CDP) displaying method that is suitable to measure a CDMA signal by an HPSK modulation system. SOLUTION: The HPSK modulation system is recently proposed to improve the frequency availability of an incoming signal from a terminal to a base station. The system superimposes different kinds of information on an I axis and a Q axis on a signal point layout. In addition to a code on a code domain, another different dimension has to be considered, and the system is an improved CDP displaying method for corresponding to the dimension. An IF signal after undergoing the frequency conversion of a CDMA signal is subjected to IQ demodulation, each of IQ components is subsequently and respectively subjected to descrambling and reverse scattering processing as a BPSK modulation signal, and the IQ components are displayed as the CDP of the I axis and the CDP of the Q axis after CDP calculation. Powers scattered on the I and Q axes and their relations with the code can be grasped at a glance particularly by displaying each of the components on the different axes as shown in Figure 4. |
