PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture the progressing situation of a work by progressing proofreading in smooth cooperation with a person in charge of proofreading. SOLUTION: A calibration manager A prepares an original layer La to be proofread by using a client Ca, and adds a proofreading layer Lb to this layer, and transmits it to a person B in charge of proofreading. Then, the person B in charge of proofreading displays the layers La and Lb so that those layers can be superimposed on a client Cb, and writes an instruction for proofreading in the layer Lb, and returns only the layer Lb to the client Ca. Persons C and D in charge of proofreading also return layers Lc and Ld in which the instruction for proofreading is written. A proofreading manager A proofreads an original based on the returned layer. The layer data are transmitted and received through a proofreading server S, and the history of transmission and reception is stored, and the progressing situation of the work is provided as Web data. |
