Murine lymphocyte hybridoma Rota A - G6/D4

摘要

The present invention concerns a murine lymphocyte hybridoma Rota G6/D4 deposited in Collection of zoopathogenic micro-organisms of the Research Institute of Veterinary Medicine in Brno under designation CAMP-TK-6/99-Rota G6/D4, which produces a monoclonal antibody against protein of Vp6 rotavirus of the group A. The monoclonal antibody reacts in specific way with the rotavirus and during ELISA assay. Being subjected to Western blot analysis, the monoclonal antibody reacts in specific way with the Vp6 viral protein of the size of 43 kDa. The prepared monoclonal antibody is usable for further investigation as well as for careful and specific evidence of rotaviruses of this group in feces of individuals affected with diarrheal disease.
