PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system not to be operated with an idea that 'not to show, not to be stolen' but with an idea that it is natural to be seen and that security is effected by the protecting side when it is operated in a large scale pervasion of a network such as the internet. SOLUTION: A text format encryption system program is prepared and used. |
