PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg for furniture with a simple structure and the freedom in designing. SOLUTION: The leg body 1 for furniture comprises an upper stay 2 and a lower stay 3 connected vertically by way of a connecting element 4. Decorative laminated panels 5A and 5B, whose shapes are held only by holding the upper and lower ends, are attached to the side surfaces of the connecting elements 4. The upper ends of the decorative laminated panels 5A and 5B are held by the stays 2, and the lower ends are held by the stays 3.
