SUBSTANCE: described are 2-iminooxyphenyl acetic acid of formula I: wherein R1 is m= 0; R3 is H, C1-C6 alkyl, phenyl; R4 is H, C1-C6 alkoxy, phenyl optionally substituted by C1-C6 alkyl; alkenyl optionally substituted by phenyl, halogen, phenyl being optionally substituted by halogen; -Qp-C(R5)=N-Y-R6, wherein Q is direct bond; p is O or 1; Y is oxygen; R5 is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyloxy, C1-C6 alkyloxy-C1-C6 alkyl, phenyl substituted by halogen; R6 is C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl optionally substituted by halogen; C2-C10 alkenyl optionally substituted by halogen; C2-C10 alkynyl; R3 and R4 together with carbon atom to which they are attached from 4-8-membered ring carbon atoms of which are substituted by C1-C6 alkyl, and also salts thereof. Compounds I heavily suppress mitohondrial chain of breath, thus making it possible to use them as agent for controlling insects, spider-like pests or malignant fungi.
