SOLUTION: The mixture metal hydroxide contains nickel hydroxide as base material, and brucite structure of 12-30 atom % contains at least one of trivalent metals selected from the group consisting of Co, Fe, Al, Ga, In, Sc and Y relatively to a metal compound including nickel. |
