PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly and easily carry out the spiral processing of a plastic food material by enabling the plastic food material to be easily discharged in a spiral form from a discharge nozzle without generating discharge unevenness. SOLUTION: This apparatus for filling a plastic food material is constituted by installing a conveyor for conveying a food S to be filled into which a plastic food material C is filled to a machine frame, a filling unit 40 for filling the plastic food material C, a nozzle 41 locating above the conveyor 11 for discharging the plastic food material C against the food S to be filled and a revolving mechanism 50 for revolving the discharge nozzle 41 around the revolution shaft P during discharging the plastic food material C. The revolution mechanism 50 is constituted of a main shaft 54 having an axis parallel to the axis of rotation P pivoted to be rotative with a base material 51, an eccentric shaft 57 installed to be eccentric to the main shaft 54 and pivoted with a support material 52 supporting the discharge nozzle 41 and a drive mechanism 60 for rotating the main shaft 54. |
