PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute the developer unsealing operation of the cartridge or the developing unit of an image forming device even by a user and to enable it to be mechanically confirmed by an image forming device body and the cartridge or the developing unit. SOLUTION: A process cartridge or the developer sealing shutter of the developing unit are fitted in the developing unit 22 so that it can be rotated in a direction being in parallel with the rotary shaft of a developing sleeve and a manual handle for unsealing operation 20 is fitted to one end. Then, one part 29a of the handle 29 is made to project in a shaft direction and one part 19 of the back surface of the cover 18 of the image forming device is made to project. Since both projection parts interfere with each other when the unsealing operation is neglected, the cover 18 cannot be closed. |
