PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for constituting a virtual terminal capable of conducting one communication by the virtual terminal by constituting the virtual terminal using plural communication terminals. SOLUTION: The ability and the communication state of one or plural communication terminals that a user can use are managed. Ability that communication requires when communication to the user is generated is compared with the ability of managed one or plural communication terminal to judge the plural communication terminals that can receive the communication. Communication to the user is resolved and it is distributed to the plural communication terminals judged to be able to receive communication. The inputs of the plural communication terminals judged to receive it are composited and it is allocated to the communication. The virtual terminal is constituted of the plural communication terminals judged to receive communication. Thus, the virtual terminals is constituted of the plural communication terminals judged to receive communication and one communication can be conducted by the virtual terminal.
