PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor guiding system by an invitation letter which enables even the small number of persons in charge of reception to smoothly and efficiently perform a reception operation. SOLUTION: While a non-contact type IC module is buried in the invitation letter 1, an identification code corresponding to an invitation letter addressee is written to the IC module and the invitation letter is sent, the seat of the invitation letter addressee is decided and a reception data base file prepared from an invitation letter addressee list, invitation letter addressee identification codes and a seat list is stored in a personal computer 13. At a reception of the place, the identification code written in the IC module of the invitation letter 1 brought by a visitor is read by a reader-writer 14, the seat corresponding to the identification code is displayed on display plates 16-19 and a display screen 13a and confirmed based on the reception data base file and a confirmed seat card 22 is handed over to the visitor. |
