PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine-containing resin composition having an excellent heat stability and tinting, and besides, improved electrical insurating properties. SOLUTION: The chlorine-containing resin composition having an excellent heat stability and tinting, and besides, improved electrical insurating properties comprises having a plate surface diameter of 0.1-1.0μm, and a thickness of 0.02-0.08μm, and containing Mg-Al series hydrotalcite type particle powders as a chlorine-containing resin stabilizer containing a mole ratio of calcium to the total sum mole numbers of Mg and Al being 0.01-0.20.
