PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an rf optoelectronic integrated circuit for a specific use. SOLUTION: This optoelectronic integrated circuit is equipped with a chip member 12, in which building block parts 13 are arranged in a prescribed pattern and a board member 14, which is connected to the outer connecting point of the chip member 12, where the building block parts 13 are provided separate from each other and possessed of outer connection points, the board member 14 is equipped with a circuit section 28 of a predetermined pattern, which selectively connects some selected from among the block parts 13, so as to specify an integrated circuit for a specific use.
